Return & Refund Policy for Footwear

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your shoes, we’re here to help. Please read our detailed footwear return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility for Footwear

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The shoes are unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition
  • The outsoles are clean and show no signs of wear
  • The item is returned in the original shoe box, which must also be undamaged
  • All original tags, inserts, and packaging materials are included
  • You have a proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice)

⚠️ We reserve the right to deny returns if shoes appear worn, creased, stained, or damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Footwear Items

Certain footwear products cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized shoes
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale”)
  • Socks, insoles, or accessories sold as hygiene items
  • Gift cards

3. Common Footwear Return Reasons Covered

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size or fit
  • Received the wrong item or color
  • Factory defect or quality issue (must include photo evidence)
  • Changed your mind (within allowed return period)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Size ordered incorrectly after clear size guide was provided
  • Damage caused by improper use or care

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email our team at haoyangyue843@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier and retain your shipping receipt

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes:

  • We will email you to confirm we’ve received your return
  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To exchange a size or style, please:

  1. Return the item for a full refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired size or item

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect pair of shoes:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the issue, the shoes, and packaging
  • We’ll offer a full refund, store credit, or send a replacement at no additional cost

8. Return Address

Please do not send any products back without receiving confirmation and instructions from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
